Francis Duplex Residential Living Community is located on Brennen Lane in a quiet and peaceful section of Northwest, Grand Island, Nebraska. This is a one minute drive from the intersection of Highway 281 and Capital Ave. This is also within a five mile drive from many retail stores, restaurants, entertainment options and other service providers.
The Francis Duplex Residential Living Community consists of 32, approximately 1350 square foot, (Square feet vary slightly) three bedroom duplex units with attached one or two car garages. There is also a built-in storm shelter provided within each unit. Each unit has two private entrances with keyed glass/screen doors on both; one in the front and one in the rear.
The Francis Duplexes also include an upscale interior finish. All units are furnished with a washer and dryer, refrigerator, oven range, dishwasher, microwave and mini-blinds on all windows. Each unit is also enhanced with a lit exterior patio. There is also an electric fireplace for added warmth to your home.
Our duplexes are completely repainted and professionally cleaned in between each tenant. You will be presented with a fresh clean unit. Each unit is inspected meticulous to make sure everything is clean and in proper working order.
Included with your rent is weekly garbage pickup, lawn care, and snow removal. Residents are responsible for water, sewer and electricity.
Our carpets are either professionally cleaned or brand new. We even clean the dryer vents from the point of your dryer to the outside of the building. We do more than the average landlords do. We feel we have a moral obligation to serve our tenants well and present them with a high quality product with a great value. We take this very seriously.
