This is on the corner of Capital Avenue and Webb Road in Northwest Grand Island, Nebraska.

What are the main office hours?

Our office hours are:
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

When is rent due?

Rent is always due by the first of the month.

What type of payment methods are accepted?

We accept online payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, and or personal checks only!

Can I pay my rent online?

Yes, you will need to setup an account on the Tenant Online Portal.

I am going to move out. What do I do?

If you plan on moving, notify the office immediately.
We require a 30-day written notice prior to your move out date and the form is available in the office.

Do you offer a short term lease?
Yes. We offer leases shorter than 12-months. Contact us for details as additional fees apply.
How do I add or change roommates in my apartment?

Make an appointment with the office to discuss the application process.

What should I do if I have a maintenance problem?

If you have a maintenance issue, submit a maintenance request through the Tenant Online Portal or call our office at (308) 381-2497. If you have an after hours emergency you may call the after hours emergency line at (308) 339-9488.
