If you have a friend or family member who would be perfect for Oak Pointe, you may be eligible to receive $100 off one month’s rent.
To be eligible:
- Your referral must include your name, Oak Pointe address, and telephone number in the referral section on their application
- Your referral must be approved to move in and move into a different address than you
- Your referral must sign a one year lease with O’Connor Residential
- You must be current on all rent and any other charges with O’Connor Residential
